TRASH CAN NOTICE
Do not place your trash out until the evening before trash pickup. Trash cans must be off of the street within 24hrs. of trash pickup.
Hide your cans so they are out of sight. If you will be out of town make arrangements to have it moved. Trash cans cannot remain on the street until the next trash pick up date.

Robertson Blvd. and W 44th Street and Sunshine Ave. whose properties are bordered on the pond will find a special dues assessment on your statement for pond maintenance
Tow Notice for Cars Parking On The Street
Northern Robertson Village Covenant 10 a. 10 b. and 10c. 1. Parking of your vehicle on the street is not permitted. Your vehicle must be parked in your garage or driveway (not on the street). a. We ask that the vehicle be removed from street. Failure to comply with the covenant violation will result in a tow order after December 7, 2018

In order for the snow plows to be able to remove the snow, Cars should not be parked on the main artery streets along 41street, Robertson, Blvd., Robertson Court, and Sunshine Ave. Snow plowing will only be done if the accumulation reaches 3 inches and above. We encourage every resident to be careful if you must get out and to be safe.
